What is Nontoxic?
Nontoxic means our products are free from 10 harmful chemicals often found in the beauty industry: Free of Formaldehyde, Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate, Camphor, Formaldehyde Resin, Xylene, Parabens, Ethyl Tosylamide, Triphenyl Phosphate, and Fragrances.

How do I size my nails?
Proper sizing is essential to the success of your press on set. You can order a free sizing kit before purchasing your press-on nails. All nail shapes require their sizing kits, sizing varies between shapes. The sizing kit will ensure you get the perfect fit. Once you have sized your nails on both hands, determine if you fit any of the preset sizes (XS, S, M, L). If you don't fit any of the preset sizes select the custom option and enter the nail tip sizes needed in the order notes. The sizing kit contains 14 nail sizes in the shape and length you selected. Do you keep my sizes on file?
Yes. If you're reordering, you can skip the sizing kit process. Select the box: “I'm reordering and don't need a sizing kit”. Your order will be fulfilled with the last nail shape and length we have on file. We encourage you to create a customer profile and save your nail sizes in the notes for future purchases.
What is your production time for Press On Nails?
All custom nails are h to order. T production time is approximately 10 business days.

How long do the p nails stay on?
It depends on what kind of adhesive method you use but usually nail adhesive tabs last up to 5 days and nail glue lasts up to 2 weeks.
Are press-on nails reusable?
Yes, all nails are reusable!
Pro Tip: If you prefer nail glue, we would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file so you can gently file away any b glue on the back of the tip to clean them up before you reuse them.
Do you offer replacement nails?
At this, we do not offer replacement nails. Each nail collection is a limited edition collection. You can mix and match the nails you have depending on your mood, preference, and style. Give it a try.
Does Press On Nails damage my nails?
Press on nails do not damage your nails. It's how you remove the nails that damage your nails. If you are worried about damaging your nails, use nail adhesive tape and be a little patience and follow the removal instruction that is included with your order.
What if the nails I purchased don't fit?
Don’t worry. You may have sized your nails incorrectly. We suggest before you place your next order to resize your nails. We have sizing kits available and a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. Due to the handmade nature of our product, we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or canceled.
I received incorrect items. What should I do?
Please contact email@example.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
I put the wrong address on my order, please help.
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Barely Blush will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

All sales prices will be honored during the duration of the sale. Once the sale ends, items will be charged at full price. Sales price does not apply to items that are out of stock.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
My product broke during shipping. What should I do?
If your product was damaged or broken during shipping, please email a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily replace your product. Please note, your return must be processed 10 days after your order was received for an exchange.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
We hope you love your purchase from Barely Blush. For health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please be sure to review our site and social media to find the details on our latest drops. All sales are final.
Missing/Lost Packages/Damaged/Stolen Items
We are not responsible for packages once in the possession of the postal carrier. After the package has been dropped off for shipping, we are only able to track your package. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items, please contact USPS to resolve any shipment issues.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Meta Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay Google Pay, and Barley Blush E-Gift cards.
How do online gift cards work?
Instead of a plastic card, a digital card with a code is emailed to the recipient. A copy of the digital gift card will also be sent to the purchaser as confirmation that the email was sent. Digital gift cards are used just like regular gift cards online or in stores.
How long before I receive my items?
All orders (except custom press on nails) will be processed in 5 – 7 days during business hours (Monday - Friday). All shipping is through USPS and transit time ranges from 3 – 5 business days.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping time may be delayed. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your continued support.
Barely Blush is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, air, and ground transportation strikes, or delays, nor any extra fees.
Can I rush my order?
Yes. If you can’t wait and need a rush we can expedite your order. Our rush option standard production time is 3 business days. We will prioritize your order and expedite the production time. Check out our rush order-production time here
Orders placed after 5 EST will begin the next business day. Orders placed on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do, however, please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending on where it is being shipped to. We are not responsible if the package is misplaced during shipping to P.O. Box.

Barely Blush offers free shipping on orders of $60 or more. Rush Shipping- (USPS) is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship internationally. We are looking into options in the future.
